Old description:

New description:

 Inspect needs to run on release snapshot so that it is looking at the
 generated doc files too.

 But it also needs to be modified so that if it is running on a snapshot
 (or other cases where svn info doesn't work), the revision number and URL
 are picked up from somewhere else.

 Maybe it would be easier to copy the files from the release snapshot into
 a release working copy so that inspect will work as it is not.
