 In [http://www.boost.org/doc/libs], the "Math/Special Functions" entry is
 listed as header-only while it actually does have mandatory source code
 when using the C99 and TR1 functionality.  Also the Python entry doesn't
 have anything under its "Build & Link" attribute.  (I guess its situation
 is too complicated to explain.)
