 Like the [ticket:2253 master library list], the
 [http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_36_0/more/getting_started/ Getting
 Started Guide] needs to update which libraries use mandatory source files,
 in both the Windows and Unix sections.  They are missing 3 of the 15
 (AFAIK) libraries with source: MPI, System, and Math Special Functions for
 C99 & TR1.  Note that the listed File-System library needs the System
 library to work.
