 As noted in this thread:
 http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2010/01/160448.php all global
 symbols whether macros or extern "C" functions should start with a
 "boost_" prefix - both to avoid polluting the global namespace as far as
 is possible, and to make boost-related symbols readily identifiable and
 searchable.

 Asio has the global symbol "asio_detail_posix_thread_function" which
 should probably be "boost_asio_detail_posix_thread_function".
