Boost builds shared libraries with embedded -rpath, which causes a problem
for vendors like Debian; c.f. http://wiki.debian.org/RpathIssue. For this
reason, I use the enclosed patch when building Boost libraries for Debian.
Please consider turning this into a Boost.Build option.
