 Currently ./b2 --help doesn't mention -j; one has to ./b2 --help-options,
 which is described as "Print more obscure command line options".

 Almost everyone has multi-CPU system these days (even in their phones!).
 Building Boost on one CPU would be a mistake. Maybe Boost.Build should
 default to using multiple processors. Failing that, the -jN option should
 be considered an "important" option and be mentioned more prominently.
 Wanting to use multiple CPUs is not "obscure" any more.
