 Hello I just run bootstrap.bat as recommended in isntall guides and it
 does not work. I get:

 {{{
 Building Boost.Build engine

 Failed to build Boost.Build engine.
 Please consult bootstrap.log for further diagnostics.

 You can try to obtain a prebuilt binary from

    http://sf.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7586&package_id=72941

 Also, you can file an issue at http://svn.boost.org
 Please attach bootstrap.log in that case.
 }}}

 Basically it can not find ctype.h. It is frustrating as I know where it
 is:
 "c:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.10150.0\ucrt\ctype.h"

 But I do not know how to provide it to fucking boost_1_64_0\bootstrap.bat.

 I could modified makefile, if only there would be some makefile but there
 is not... You use some system that you claim is fully automatic and it
 does not work with my most standard Visual Studio 2015 :((((

 It seems other people has same problems:

 -with-visual-studio-2015-pro]
 Could you please fix it????
