Test system

Take a look at
chronos.cs.msu.su/~ghost/projects/boost-build/test.zip

I believe that documentation will give some idea of how this can be used, and 
also there's "test1.py" -- an example test. Only be sure to change absolute 
path to boost-build in TestBoostBuild.py -- I think the need for absolute 
path there can be removed, but not now.
