Rene, I'm afraid there's some misunderstanding. I currenly have, lying on my 
hard drive a file "project.jam", which implements loading Jamfiles, loading 
parents, putting Jamfiles in modules of their own and things like specifying 
project properties. 

So, we have some overlap, and should consider what to do with it. 
Unfortunately, today I'm a little bit ill, so don't feel myself capable of 
producing any reasonable opinion. Hope I'll be better tomorrow.
