Boost release 1.29.0?

The schedule for Boost release 1.29.0 is to branch for release a week from 
today.

Thus if pre-built executables or other Boost.Build related stuff needs 
updating, now would be a good time to start working on it.

If it is either required or suggested that users download fresh bjam 
executables for 1.29.0, would it be a good idea to mention this on the home 
page, in "latest News" section for the release?
