Browsing the cvs logs, I see very few changes that could have influence on
regular boost users:
- header cache (although I still don't know how to use it)
- "-q" option, which means "quit on the first error"
- bugfix to the jam profiling code
- some memory leaks fixed.

I think we might want to update the binaries, but it's not required to use
new ones. I also plan to add a Debian package.
