The current prefered build for bjam is:
cd BOOST_ROOT\tools\build\jam_src
.\build.bat
And if you want to create a distribution zip archive additionaly do this:
.\build.bat --- dist
This is mostly documented at:
BOOST_ROOT/tools/build/jam_src/readme.html

At present no-one keeps them up to date. If you noticed we're trying to move
all bjam distributions to SourceForge.
I keep some of the builds that are in SourceForge up to date. But more help
from people with other platforms would be appreciated ;-)
Also, I don't know if Dave got around to changing docs to point to
SourceForge files downloads... cheking... nope doesn't look like it.
