Hum... I missed that. I've added an index.html file which redirects to 
readme.html.

Ah! You mean "move all bjam distributions to SourceForge Release site", I 
guess. Yes, that would make the most sense.

That would imply we should remove the boost.sourceforge.net/jam-executables 
directory, wouldn't it?

The links in tools\build\index.html were how I got to 
http://boost.sourceforge.net/jam-executables. Since those links aren't 
correct any more, they need to be updated before 1.30.0!
