I guess it's time for some cleanup...

* There's a build_vms.com, which is a work in progress.
* I can remove all the "old" build makefiles/scripts.
* I saw you added the index.html redirect. We could also just rename the
readme.html to index.html.
* Yes the builds in boost.sourceforge.net should be removed at this point.
Or soon after release when the website is updated.
