Boost.Build V2, Milestone 3 preview

We've been planning to release milestone 3 for Boost.Build V2, so that people 
can experiment and report preliminary experience. I've just made a first
version of release files, which are available at:

I would appreciate if several persons not actively involved in development try 
to grab the files and install them, to the degree where "hello" example 
project is buildable. It should be possible with gcc, msvc and borland 
compilers. This way we can catch apparent bugs in packaging and installation 
docs, before announcing the release for everybody.
