[BBv2] main targets

I was playing with bjam v2 and i am using several projects to build 
the final result. I noticed that the first (sub) project declared for 
each project will contain "main-target-xxx" on the build path. For 
example:

project myproj ;

project myproj/lib1 ;

lib lib1 : ... ;

project myproj/lib2 ;

lib lib2 : ... ;

in this situation lib1 will contain a "main-target-lib1" on the build 
path and lib2 will not...

Is this the expected behaviour? (hope this isn't confusing)
