boost-root/tools/build/boost-build.jam ?

The addition of the boost-root/tools/build/boost-build.jam makes it so that
the V1 examples can't be run. That is this changes:

Prevent one from doing:

cd boost-root/tools/build/examples/lib_use
bjam

Since there seems to be much confusion, and colision between V1 and V2 would
it not be better to use different directories for each?

Perhaps having:

boost-root/tools/build
boosr-root/tools/build-v2

Or:

boost-root/tools/build-v1
boost-root/tools/build-v2

Or:

boost-root/tools/build/v1
boost-root/tools/build/v2

???
