I did not realize my change will break this. The file was added so that folks 
installing V2 from CVS get fewer possible problems. I think the easy solution 
is to add boost-build.jam to boost-root/tools/build/examples....

As usual, the problem is that it's painfull to do a rename in CVS :-( Maybe, 
moving all v1 files into subdirectory is the least painfull approach.
