Thanks for the information. I managed to get the file from boost-
consulting.

However related to this I have (or will have - once
boost-consulting stops maintaining that mirror) a little problem. I
can not access the boost CVS server using a normal CVS client and
pserver protocol because my machine is located behind a firewall with
atm untouchable security settings. So is there any way to access the
CVS using some other port (like ssh) and not pservers 2401?

As an example, the CppUnit project has a dummy address set up that
forwards all traffic from ports 80 or 443 (both allowed through my
firewall) to their pserver CVS port.
