SF said they would have the anoncvs problems resolve probably this week
(finally after months of waiting). So the problem with CVSweb access to SF
will go away soon.
Other than that it would be up to someone like Dave to set something like a
port forwardning/tunnelling service. Or you (not just you personally but
others like you) could raise the issues with the SF team and see if they can
do something about it.
