The path of replacing the ops that are written as slow Jam code, with
builtin rules. As Volodya pointed out things like this are his TODO list. I
don't know how many are on his list, but I imagine "+" is not the only math
operation we should optimize ;-) For example all the rules in numbers.jam
could be replace with calls to a minimal CALC.
