Boost.Jam Version 3.1.4. OS=NT.

It seems that the bjam from CVS is not the correct version. Where
can I get version 3.1.7?
On a linux machine, I got the CALC error:
/ennfs/csc/cscgrd/cplim/boost_new/boost/tools/build/new/numbers.jam:40
: in numbers.increment
rule CALC unknown in module numbers.
