msvc-stlport toolset bugs?

Guys,

While testing out derivatives of the msvc-stlport toolset I've come up
against some issues:

The default stlport version is 4.5.3, but we now have stlport-4.6.

Setting STLPORT_VERSION as per the docs seems to have no effect - it still
looks for stlport-4.5.3 - and looking in the msvc-stlport-tools.jam
STLPORT_VERSION seems to be set unconditionally?
