Hello,

You can still download the nighly snapshot of Sourceforce's CVS if your
firewall allows you to use wget/http get:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/boost-sandbox-cvsroot.tar.bz2
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/boost-cvsroot.tar.bz2

Then you use the uncompressed folder as a CVSROOT of your cvs client and
do a "cvs co" of these two modules (boost, boost-sandbox).

This method allows us to always have a fresh version of Boost on our
internal CVS server for all our developpers.
