Boost-Build :

I was on the wrong path in the documentation. For the benefit of the
likes
of me, here's the steps I did to succesfully build boost:

1- download the latest version.
2- copy bjam.exe to ...\CBuilderX\bin.
3- run the Command prompt.
4- Change directory to ..\boost_1_31_0 (the current version)
5- at the command prompt:
bjam "-sTOOLS=borland"
6- Be patient and do something else untill the libraries are built,
