it did not work. Now you say it does. So, what is the case?

Thanks. The problem is exactly with <toolset>borland-6.4, that is specific 
version there. This is more or less known (comments in code explicitly 
mention this case), but maybe it can be fixed quickly.

Can you go to targets.jam, method basic-target.match and see if processing 
'condition' with 'feature.expand-subfeatures' fixes your problem?
