[v2] cygwin test results

Hi !

Please find 2 test runs using cygwin bash on Win32 attached.
Notes:
- railsys test does still not work. I'm swamped with work and have 
limited access to my Win32 box, so fixing it while take some time ;-((
- when running regression test, a popup window appears which claim that 
"helper.dll" is not in path. Any ideas ?
