Great. There are a few typo's IMO:
2nd paragraph : 'The first target applies then when ....'. The 'then
when' sequence seems bizare to me and I think the 'then' should be
removed (but I might be wrong)
Also in the 2nd paragraph it says '...replacing underscores with
slashes'. I think you mean 'dashes' instead of 'slashes'.
