bbv2: Specifying options containing / character

How do we pass msvc compiler or linker options that contain '/'?

I'm trying to figure out how to specify the '/BASE' linker option 
(specifies preferrred base address).

Ideally, I'd like to pass this on the command-line but it would be OK to 
be able to specify it in a Jamfile.
