Well that confusion is probably because each of those documents is 
written for a different audience. (1) is written for people either build 
bjam and for Boost.Jam users, yes there are some people who use bjam and 
not Boost.Build. (2) is written for people using BBv1, which explains 
why it's outdated as we've been planning/screaming to replace BBv1 for 
more than 2 years now. (3) is intended for Boost users to walk them 
through enough of BBv1 (currently) to build and use the libraries. So 
it's rare that someone will be interested in all three docs as a whole.

Don't we all... Well maybe with the exception of Dave ;-) How he reads 
so much email is beyond my understanding.
