Each this document contains SOME of the documentation. None of them are
full. And it's hard to find all 3 documents because they are in
different places: some things are described only in bjam documentation,
some only in bbv1 doc, and some only in Boost doc. Also all these
documents are outdated and (1) is cluttered with information not related
to building. And I actually had problems discovering all these
documentation pieces. It doesn't look clear at all.

It seems I drowned in the volume of boost dev list, and missed recent
additions to that thread completely. Now I'm catching up. I hope my
recent additions to Wiki (related purely to bbv2) will help Hendrik in
his work.
