Even if your english is bad, it's much better to write in English to this 
list. Most regulars here won't understand your post in Russian at all, while 
English, however bad, will be understood.

You cannot do this with 1.32.0 version of Boost.Build. With the nightly 
snapshot (http://boost.org/boost-build2), you can do the following:

   lib your-com-target : .........
   notfile your-com-target-register : @register-it : your-com-target ;
   actions register-it
   {
                regsvr32 $(>)
   }
