Well, there's are some problems with the "using" syntax
1. It says you can pass a "command" without rigirously explaining what's that.
2. Some toolsets add various prefixes and suffixes to the command you specify
(say invoking vcvars32.bat), and that's not configurable.
3. For some toolsets, specifying a full name of compile binary is fine. For
others, you have 10 binaries, so it's better to specify path. And for some
toolsets, you'd want to specify "installlation root" -- directory containing
"bin", "lib" and other directories.
I'm about to formulate all the issues today and post them.
