I think that would be good. Two points, though:

1. Please add both 's' and 'S' as assembler extensions. FWIW, they are
processed differently -- the .S files are preprocessed, so users might want
both types.

2. Please sent the patch as attachment. There's some line wrapping in message
source, so I can "save messages + patch" like I did before.
