Well first you need to tell us what you are trying to do for us to help 
you... What compiler? What version of Boost.Build? What are you trying 
to build? What does you boost-root.jam, Jamfile, Jamroot, or any other 
build files have in them? How are you invoking bjam?

I.e. the error message is not enough to go by ;-)
