Bad luck. It still works for me. :-) I attached a 'rabbit' project so
you will be able to play with it. What I have tried:
1. I defined the feature <windows> at the very end of builtin.jam.
2. Created the project 'orig' (see the attached archive).
3. Compile it several times: 'bjam --v2'. Works.
4. Moved files around, renamed targets, etc. (See 'weird'). Still works.
5. Moved stuff in builtin.jam the beginning of the file. Works.
6. Now it is you turn. :-)
