I take it back, that's not quite right. I'm now getting heaps of 
warnings like:

../bin.v2/doc/msvc-7.1/debug/boost.docbook:68073: element section: 
validity error : ID jam.intro already defined 
xml:base="../bin.v2/tools/build/v2/doc/msvc-7.1/debug/link-static/jam_docs.xml"
 

Clearly, including the Jam documentation twice was a bad idea. Volodya?
