[Boost-build] [Boost][build] new toolset Jamfiles

Hi,

We'd like to add the following toolset jamfiles to the CVS trunk.  I  
realize that they aren't quite production quality yet but if we can  
get them committed to the trunk, then we can start testing Boost  
nightly and sending out the test results for these new toolsets.

Would it be okay to commit these file to boost/tools/build/v2/tools?
