The only objection I have is that it would be better to have just one
fortran.jam. Looking at the content it seems you can merge the two with
just copy+paste since they use different extensions and generators.

Oh, and I guess only one thing for the others... Links to the toolset
vendors in a comment in the file. So we know where to look for docs and
such, if available.
