     using gcc : : "C:/Compilers/msys/1.0/bin/g++.exe" ;
     using gcc : cygwin : /path/to-cygwin ;

Then, gcc-mingw should select first, and gcc-cygwin should
select second. Rene, can you confirm that's how it's
supposed to be?
