When using the SVN version of BJam with MSVC compiler, with -d0 switch
I get no compiler errors or warnings on standard output, although the
code doesn't compile. If I remove -d0, then I get too much output:
BJam's compile-c++ statements along with command lines executed and
compiler errors.
Before, with -d0 I used to get just the compiler output. Was this
changed intended or is it a bug?
