I had not notice the reply on the mailling, 
Because this is my first time to mail to the mailling list, and i had mistaked that the answer would be directly send to my mail box.
Sorry for that. 
Then i resend the attachment now in which two txt files have been compressed together including the error message file and the project-root jam file.

Send my question again, for the lack of attachment.
 
I am a newer to boost (and also to Boost-build). 
when i am tring to use an open souce library named " Bayes++ " this is the website of it :"http://bayesclasses.sourceforge.net/Bayes++.html" i faced problems in build the examples and the libraries provide by the "Bayes++". Detail describe followed.
My environment:
Windows xp -sp2 + Visual Studio 2005 + Boost Ver 1.34.1+ Bayes++ 
My file path:
     Bayes++ 
           BayesFilter
           PV 
           QuadCalib 
           Simple 
           Test 
     boost_1_34_1 
           boost 
           etc
 
My process:
1. run "roobfile\boost_1_34_1\tools\jam\src\build"
2. copy the "bjam.exe" into the Bayes++ file under the path"roobfile\Bayes++\"
3. run  bjam --v2 msvc -sBOOST_ROOT="../boost_1_34_1"  on the command line window
4. err throw out it is attached to this email
Question:
1 Did i do anything wrong?
2 How can i fix that?
In addition:
i would like to communicate with anyothers who use Bayes++.
