project-root.jam --> Jamroot.jam.
[Jj]amroot(.v2|) jamroot.jam --> Jamroot.jam.
[Jj]amfile(.v2|) jamfile.jam --> Jamfile.jam.
I remember seeing a reference to build.jam somewhere in code while
reading through it a few days ago, but can not find it now. When I saw

We could still provide support for these older [Jj]amroot,
jamroot.jam, [Jj]amfile & jamfile.jam names, possibly with an optional
Optionally lower-case variants jamfile.jam and jamroot.jam could be
chosen as the official names. I'd actually prefer those... :-) but
doesn't really matter one way or the other...
Btw. is BBv1 finally dead? Can we remove hacks related to it?
