[Boost-build] [Issue #83] Patch for files with same name in different directories.

Hi !

I've been bitten by issue #83 again

and decided to get a go and revive the last try recorded in

http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/34062

and later reverted in

http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/34233

I've attached a slightly modified version which hopefully puts target 
name prefixes at the right place.

I've tested it with my source tree (5000+ targets, Qt4 based) and a full 
run of the boost regression test suite. I ran the Ublas-testsuite by 
hand to look for the regressions mentioned for the last try, but found 
none.
Unfortunately, I'm yet unabled to run the Boost.Build python regression 
tests, so it would be nice if someone else could verify 
that "test/relative_sources.py" is still passing. 

Reviews of the proposed changes are welcome. I'd like to commit a 
(surely improved) version to trunk after 1.36 is out.
