I forgot to check previous posts which could address similar problem. I've
found the one right now:

There it is decided to remove build/modifiers.jam. Now my question is
transformed into the following:

1) How to apply versioning to "lib"? A usage of <version> feature has no
effect.
2) If build/modifiers.jam will be removed, example/versioned should be
dropped as well (or updated).
