Invalid modifiers.jam module dropped, together with the accompanying
unfinished 'versioned' example in revision [80557].

And as for the <version> feature - perhaps someone else can help. I
am not sure what this feature was supposed to do in the first place, and
do not have time at the moment to go researching the invalid
modifiers.jam module to try and reconstruct its original intent.
