I've made some updates to the Boost-Build documentation. Specifically 
elaborating on the testing functionality and check-target-builds

I would appreciate anyone who would take the time to look over these 
changes before I submit a pull request. If there is any other small 
changes I would be happy to do them, but for features my group does not 
use I think someone else should write it.

Additionally there were a few areas I could use clarification on:

What is the difference between a feature and a property? Is a feature 
the "option" (e.g. threading) and a property a feature with a value 
(e.g. <threading>multi)?

How relevant is Appendix A? Has bootstrap.* replaced build.* ?
