Yep. Admittedly, this is confusing wording.

Appendix A is relevant for the language descriptions and things like that. The "Build Jam" section, though, is in dubious state.
It is probably still useful, but at lot of toolsets listed there are not relevant any longer. I honestly not sure how to improve
it.
