The v2 directory has been removed.
It should not be referenced by
anything.

boost-1.55.0 shouldn't give these errors unless
you've tried to add something into the tree.

I have no idea.  This sounds like a git problem
of some sort, and I don't think I can help much.
Browsing the boost.build history in github shows
plenty of commits in this time period.
