I get the same error with mingw, altough I was under the impression this
has something to do with the boost lib configuration checks.
For what I can say at the moment is that seemingly the first compiler in
the *-config.jam file determines the bitness (63 or 32). Not sure what a
msvc will stand in its default, since it is capable of both. AFAIK this
is different for gcc, where we have different executables for bitness.
